Three Ways To Connect Barco ClickShare

You can choose from the following 3 options to connect:

USB Dongle

Power on your room display or AV system.
Choose the 'Click Share' button at the base of the screen.
Attach the ClickShare USB dongle to your laptop. Make sure the dongle light is flashing.
For a Windows laptop, click on 'File Explorer' > 'ClickShare' > 'ClickShare_for_Windows'. For a Mac, click on 'Finder' > 'ClickShare'> 'ClickShare_for_Mac'.
On becoming ready, the light on the ClickShare USB dongle will turn still.
For sharing your screen on the room display or AV system, click the button present on the dongle. The light will become red.
In order to stop screen sharing, click the same button again.

AirPlay

You can connect to ClickShare via AirPlay utilizing an:

Apple iPad/iPhone, or a
Macbook

Miracast

You can connect to ClickShare via Miracast through a:

Windows PC, or
Android device

However, ClickShare is unavailable on all Windows PCs and older Android devices.

Barco ClickShare App

Available for Android and iOS, the Barco ClickShare app provides one-click access to video conferencing by connecting directly to the ClickShare base unit. It saves your valuable time by automatically connecting to a meeting room equipment and storing it for later use. In addition, you can easily share your content with other participants. A desktop app is also available, which can be connected to any ClickShare device. It also has the same features as the mobile/tablet app.
